Postal Orders of Anguilla

This article is about the British postal orders that were issued in Anguilla, which is a British colony located in the Caribbean Sea. Anguilla was once part of the Federation of St. Kitts - Nevis - Anguilla until 1967, when a referendum was a vote in favour of secession. Anguilla chose to become a self-governing British colony. In 1969, a self-declared 'Republic of Anguilla' was established, but was overthrown within a month.Anguilla remains a colony to this day.

Anguilla has only ever issued British postal orders from its local post offices, especially the G.P.O. in The Valley, which is the capital of the colony.
