Can someone provide a list of current PER's? Maybe from an indexing site? I'm interested in knowing more about the services different ones provide.

In the original article, under External Links there was a list of PERs as well as a link to a credible authority on issue concerning PERs called the Human Capital Institution (http://www.humancapitalinstitute.org/hci/hci.home).
