Porto Azzurro is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Livorno in the Italian region Tuscany; it is on the Elba Island, located about 130 km southwest of Florence and about 90 km south of Livorno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,454 and an area of 13.3 km2.[1]
Porto Azzurro borders the following municipalities: Capoliveri, Portoferraio, Rio Marina, Rio nell'Elba.
