Porterhouse College, Cambridge

Porterhouse College is a fictional college at the University of Cambridge, England. The nearest actual college name is Peterhouse. Porterhouse College featured in the novel Porterhouse Blue, written by Tom Sharpe in 1974. The name is a pun on college porters and porterhouse steaks. The book features Skullion, the head porter of the college. Supposedly, it is also loosely based on Pembroke College.
