Port Sydney is a small village located in the Muskoka Region of Ontario. It was named after a pioneer named Sydney Smith. The village is situated just east of Highway 11, approximately a two hour drive north of Toronto, between Bracebridge and Huntsville, central to all Muskoka area attractions. It became part of the town of Huntsville in 1971 and sits on the edge of Mary Lake. It has a year-round population of 1129. Port Sydney is a popular destination for tourists heading to cottage country, with one of the nicest beach in Muskoka, a scenic dam and rapids on the Muskoka River.

Built on a strong camping tradition, Port Sydney is home to Ontario Pioneer Camp (founded in 1929), and Mini-Yo-We.
