Port Fulton, Indiana

Port Fulton was a town located two miles up the river from Louisville. It was the home of several steamboat builders, most importantly Henry French and the Howard Family. It was also where the third-largest Civil War hospital, Jefferson General Hospital, was operated.

In 1925 the city of Jeffersonville annexed Port Fulton.
