Port Elmsley is a community on former Hwy. 43 in the eastern portion of the Canadian province of Ontario, about eight kilometres west of Smiths Falls heading towards Perth in the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley . Of the two dozen houses in the community, several were grand limestone buildings. It is near the Tay River. It is also the site of a functioning drive-in theatre.
