Pornocracy (government)

A pornocracy is a form of government controlled by prostitutes, and is sexually oriented.

Although no such government has come to existence, the term is used as a reference to a period of papacy also known as The House of Harlots, where women had control over much of the papal rule, although these women where not necessarily prostitutes. Therefore, there has yet to be a true pornocracy.

The fictional Old Town of the Sin City franchise could be considered a pornocracy.
