Feito por Álvaro Seco é provavelmente publicado em Roma por volta de 1560 com o título "Tabula Geografica Portugalliae". O Mapa de Portugal Portugalliae foi copiado no atlas "Theatrum Orbis Terrarum" de Abraham Ortelius e editado em 1570 na Antuérpia.
