Pongetti is a Wiki contributor born in 1985. He grew up in the slums of Canada's white suburbia. Mixing a dangerous combination of an interest in Gorillas and not having any friends, he became highly interested in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in his early teens. The interest has remained and actually transformed into an extreme obsession to the point where he is even patriotic towards the nation. This interest has also lead to an inherant interest in the rest of sub-suharan Africa, though his knowledge of other nations is of a lesser extent.
