Pontecurone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km east of Turin and about 25 km east of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,820 and an area of 29.8 km2.[1]
Pontecurone borders the following municipalities: Casalnoceto, Casei Gerola, Castelnuovo Scrivia, Rivanazzano, Tortona, Viguzzolo, and Voghera.
