Ponte di Pietra (Verona)

The Ponte di Pietra (Italian for Stone Bridge) is a Roman arch bridge crossing the Etsch River in Verona, Italy, which was completed in 100 BC. The bridge was destroyed by retreating German troops in WW II and rebuilt in 1957 with original materials.
