Pomeranian Medical University

Pomeranian Medical University was established in 1948 in Szczecin, Poland. It is referred to as Pomorska Akademia Medyczna in Polish. The University has 1,780 hospital beds, where 32,000 patients are treated annually.
Currently the University consists of three faculties:
- Faculty of Medicine
- Faculty of Dentistry
- Faculty of Health Sciences
The University has also English programme for foreign students. They intend to establish a faculty of Pharmacy in the future.
