There's lots of unsourced and implied POV in this article as it now stands - references to "evidence" and "independent journalists" without listing any, and attributions that political unrest is stirred up by "professional agitators and illegal immigrants." But where is the evidence from? To say that "not all" refugee claims are genuine is meaningless; there's a big difference between 2% being false and 50%. Also, there's no explanation of why the refugees have left, or when. In short, this article needs cleaning up. Bruxism 17:56, 25 October 2005 (UTC)

The part about refugees is very very biased and has to be cleaned up. It should mention that Bhutan instituted discriminatory measures against their ethnically-Nepali citizens. Tens of thousands of people were deported or otherwise forced to leave the country. It should mention that the Bhutanese government has come under severe condemnation from human rights groups including AI & HRW. It is instructive to see HRW's explanation of the situation: http://hrw.org/backgrounder/wrd/refugees/3.htm

In short the page is quite shameful and has to be corrected. Alternatively, just delete it and put links which give both sides. The way it is now is absurd.
