Mayby I'm wrong, but IMHO Krzyż harcerski is not miliary award or decoration. Radomil 08:49, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)

It's the only civil award that can be worn on the military uniform without acceptance of the supperiors. That's why it's here. Halibutt 11:00, Jun 12, 2005 (UTC)
So, as civil award, it should be separated form military ones (in this article, but seperated). What, about this version? Radomil 19:19, 12 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I don't like the idea. If we decided to separate the non-exclusively-military awards, then half of these should be left out, Polonia Restituta and White Eagle included (these are civil awards, after all). Also, some of those listed here are not worn any more. Halibutt 23:47, Jun 12, 2005 (UTC)
But Polonia Restituta and White Eagle are state awards given to civilians or soliders. Krzyż harcerski is not state award. We can separate military awards that can be given today (like Virtuti Militari) from awards that are not (like Wielkopolski Krzyż Postańczy), there are also awards that are not mentioned in today's Polish law (like Order of Grunwald Cross). Note that in this list there are not mentined awards like "Za długoletnie pożycie małżeńskie" :)
So maby beter would be rename last position to "Non-state award" or rather sign, because every scout can were it. This cross is like eagle on on soliders hat, every solider has right (even obey) to wore it.
I supose that You will agree with me that on question "Which element one doesn't match?" anserw is "Krzyż harcerski". Radomil talk 05:20, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Nope, the ZHP equivalent of the eagle cap badge is the fleur de lys, Scouting Cross has to be awarded first. Also, if we divide the list onto awards in use currently and those not in use, then the VM should be out since it's not awarded any more. Not to mention the few commemorative medals we have here, which AAMoF are not awards ast all.. Halibutt 11:37, Jun 13, 2005 (UTC)
So You it should be also added awards of PSP (I'm not shure that also OSP) because Krzyż harcerski is not only civil award that can be worn on uniform without permission, army's firefighters can use also these medals. And title of article is military awards and decorations.
P.S. VM was not given since 1989, but it can be given, Kapituła is egsisting (it can be given by President during war or in period 5 years after end of war). Maby beter would by to divide this lit into "Awards that are still given" (like VM, Za długoletnią służbę,) including state "military-civil" awards like (Polonia Restituta or Order Orła Białego) and commemorative medals (WKP, ŚKP etc.) including awards that are not given today like O. Krzyża Grunwaldu. Radomil talk 14:31, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)
And why not simply keep it a clean, simple and plain list of all decorations worn by Polish soldiers? Take a look on the USA list to see what I mean. Halibutt 16:14, Jun 13, 2005 (UTC)

OK, I won't argue, but for me (person that broke up familly 4 generations tradition and is not solider) Krzyż Harcerski in this list is "ni przypiął ni przyłatał" :) Radomil talk 16:56, 13 Jun 2005 (UTC)
