Honestly, I don't really know much about this man, and I only stepped in because it was about to be speedied as a substub. He appears to be real and verifiable, but there isn't much info on him online, and much of what there is appears to be outdated or inaccurate. I'm going to check up on him this weekend, but because my knowledge base of the region isn't strong, what I've written may not be gospel.
