This article needs to be rewritten with an emphasis on the process as art media, specifically as a type of printmaking. See printmaking discussion for more information. --Renice 19:03, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

- Personally i'm dubious this is printmaking at all - it seems to be just getting a photo of your cat onto a mug. But if Renice says it is... Johnbod 07:33, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

Well you are kind of right, but in a way by putting your cat’s photo on a mug you are printing it on the mug, so technically it is printmaking. -El Oso 08:14, 25 November 2006 (UTC)

No that's just printing; printmaking is (non-photographic) art, & you have to set the bar somewhere Johnbod 19:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
