"Polk Defeats Truman" is the fifth episode of season two of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

After securing a major deal for Harlin, Will decides to devote most of his time to his wealthiest client, and in the process starts saying goodbye to all his older clients, those who stuck by him as he developed his career. Grace shows her disgust in him, and so when Harlin fires Will, he can't bring himself to tell Grace she was right. And elsewhere, when Stan puts Karen on a budget, she turns to Grace for help on how to live on her new modest income.
