Pokey is a character from the Gumby television series created by claymation artist Art Clokey. He was a rust-colored clay pony and Gumby's great friend. He featured in many episodes of Gumby and was well known for his timid personality, a stark contrast to Gumby's bravery. Pokey Premiered on the Gumby episode "The Little Lost Pony".
