Point Isabel Regional Shoreline is a park administered by the East Bay Regional Park District located along the east shore of San Francisco Bay in southern Richmond, California. It is named for a small natural promontory, Point Isabel, which has been modified over the years by in-filling of the bay's mudflats. The park is very well landscaped and offers striking panoramic views of both Marin County mountains and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Point Isabel is one of the largest off-leash dog parks in the United States. [1] The park features Mudpuppy's Tub & Scrub which is a retail store and post park grooming outlet for dog owners to clean up their pups before getting back into the car. There is also the Sit & Stay Café.

The park is served by AC Transit's line 43 Adeline route and is accessible from Interstates I-80 and I-580. The area is built on landfill and is surrounded by commercial developments including a Costco, Bix Box, the regional Bulk Mail facility of the US Postal Service, radio station towers, as well as Eastshore State Park on wetlands and tidal flats to the north and south.
