Pogača or Pogacha (Cyrillic: Πогача) is a type of bread eaten in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Turkey (where it is called poğaça) with variations. Pogača is sometimes served hot as an appetizer instead of bread. Hot pogača filled with sour cream is considered a particularly delicious specialty.
