The Podar Education Complex is a network of secondary education institutions in the city of Mumbai, state of Maharashtra, in India.

It was established in 1927 and is managed by the Anandilal & Ganesh Podar Society. The first school was re-organized into the modern network, but the oldest school was incepted in 1938.

Mr. Ganesh Podar, belonging to one of Mumbai's major industrial families, was the founder of the Podar school vision. Mr.Gamesh Podar died early in 2006.

  • Anandilal Podar High School: was the first and oldest school, founded in 1938, registered with the SSE system.
  • Podar International School: was founded on April 6, 2004, and is based upon partnership on curriculum and coursework with Cambridge University and on international standards of higher education. Along with Mumbai, there are two branches in Nasik and Pimpri.
  • Lilavatibai Podar Senior Secondary High School: is an ICSE Board registered high school, providing an English-medium education. It was founded in 1988 by Ganesh Podar, and participates in the international Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.
  • Ramniranjan Podar Senior Secondary High School: was founded in 1998 to prepare students specifically for the All India Secondary Examination.
  • Podar Computer Centre: was established in 1997, to provide extensive software and hardware knowledge in computer science, information technology, graphic design and programming arts.
