PMTair (Progress MulTi Air) is a Cambodian airline offering regularly scheduled domestic and international passenger and cargo services. Its base of operations is Phnom Penh International Airport.

PMTair is owned by Progress Multitrade Co., Ltd., which registered as a commercial airline with the Ministry of Commerce, Kingdom of Cambodia, on January 14, 2003. A certificate of airworthiness was issued by Cambodian Civil Aviation Authority on October 14, 2003.
