Plew, Missouri is a small, unincorporated community in western Lawrence County, Missouri. Plew (pronounced "Ploo") is located on former U.S. Highway 66, now Route 96.

The town dates back to the early 1890s, but the origin of the name is unknown. Occasionally it was known as "Plewtite" which may have been a family name. A couple of businesses were once located here, but the town has now dwindled to a small residential community.
