From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Plaza at King of Prussia is part of what is popularly referred to as the King of Prussia Mall, a huge shopping complex in King of Prussia, which is located in Upper Merion Township, Pennsylvania, in the United States.
The mall is located northwest of Philadelphia on Mall Boulevard, near the crucial juncture of the Schuylkill Expressway (Interstate 76) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. U.S. Highway 422 and U.S. Highway 202 also meet at this interchange.
Its six department store anchors are Sears, JC Penney, Macy's, Lord and Taylor, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom.

[edit] Possible future anchors
It should be noted that a rumor was circulating in June of 2006 that Target would be taking over the current JCPenney building, with JCPenney joining a new Fortunoff and relocating to another area of the Plaza, possibly near the current Macy's. JCPenney store manager Terri denied any knowledge of this when asked on July 13th, 2006. A new rumor also has been circulating that in 2007, the Macy's in the Plaza would be closed, and a Saks Fifth Avenue will take its place. This would give the mall another high-end department store along with Neiman Marcus.
