PlainsCapital Bank is one of the largest privately held banks in Texas with more than $2.6 billion in assets and is a subsidiary of PlainsCapital Corporation.

PlainsCapital Corporation is a Texas-based financial services company offering commercial banking, private banking, wealth management, trust, treasury management, capital equipment leasing and residential mortgage.

PlainsCapital Bank was a primary sponsor of the Fort Worth Bowl, prior to the 2006 sponsorship rights to the bowl being obtained by Alltel.
