For the benefit of those who cannot read German black-letter writing, here is a transcription:

"Bekanntmachung — Der am 11. August 1942 vom Volksgerichtshof wegen Vorbereitung zum Hochverrat und landesverräterischer Feindbegünstigung zum Tode und zum dauernden Verlust der bürgerlichen Ehrenrechte verurteilte 17 Jahre alte Helmuth Hübener aus Hamburg ist heute hingerichtet worden. Berlin, den 27. Oktober 1942. — Der Oberreichsanwalt beim Volksgerichtshof."

For the benefit of those who do not understand German, here is a translation of the foregoing:

"Proclamation — The 17-year-old Helmuth Hübener from Hamburg, sentenced on 11 August 1942 by the People's Court to death and lasting loss of civil rights for conspiracy to commit high treason and treasonous promotion of the enemy, was executed today. Berlin 27 October 1942. — The Chief Reich Lawyer at the People's Court."

And furthermore, for all those officious guardians of Wikipedia's honour insofar as copyright infringement is concerned, Article 5 of Germany's Urheberrechtsgesetz (Copyright Law) says:

(1) Laws, ordinances, official decrees and notices as also decisions and official grounds of decisions shall not enjoy copyright protection. (found here: http://www.iuscomp.org/gla/statutes/UrhG.htm#63)

...and this is a "notice" from the German Government. So there.
