Im sorry, Adam. I was undertheimpression that you were jumping on me out of some humour - Regardless, I did not intent to be insulting. -豎眩sv
If you're going to play the "cite a source" game, what's your source for Loch Ness being a sea? Being connected to a sea (by an artificial canal, no less) does not a sea make. Evercat 19:37 11 Jul 2003 (UTC)
Loch Ness is not a sea. The Loch Ness Monster is an alleged sea monster
- Fine. I'm willing to allow that. But surely you'll agree that there can be a disclaimer in the sea monster article to the effect that Loch Ness is not a sea, even though Nessie can be considered a sea monster. That's all I ask. You've convinced me that it can be called a sea monster. Evercat 19:49 11 Jul 2003 (UTC)
You're just utterly incapable of any compromise whatsoever. Evercat 19:54 11 Jul 2003 (UTC)
Exactly at what point in this matter have you compromised? By not re-adding the mutant alien dinosaur silliness? Some compromise. Evercat 20:00 11 Jul 2003 (UTC)
For the record when moving pages, such as Bookbinding, you should use the 'Move this page' link, as it's both quicker and easier for you, and keeps any watchlist-links active to the new location. Many thanks. -- James F. 14:46 14 Jul 2003 (UTC)
- Not at all, it's nice to know. Thanks mate. Just quietly, I've been seeing a lot of good work coming from your direction lately. I'm up to my eyeballs in fauna articles these days (not to mention other, non-wiki things), so our paths haven't crossed much, but (by way of example) I though that was a deft touch in Social Darwinism. My God, PP we agree on something! :-) I too have a lot of sympathy with Palestinians. I don't accept the behaviour of militant Palestinians but I understand their anger. Israel has acted towards them for decades in a manner that is totally unacceptable for a democracy. The irony is that a community who suffered so badly through rascism and discrimination when the got their own state practiced against others the same level of discrimination they so unfairly suffered themselves. Very thought-provoking, PP. Thank you for the message. (I'm in the middle of something else right now so I cannot give it the detailed read it deserves. I had a quick read and will go back to it later. But thanks indeed!) FearÉIREANN 02:08 18 Jul 2003 (UTC)
