Fair Use Rationale: This is a very well known (possibly the most famous) image in the context of Pope Pius XII, showing him praying. It was taken by Yousuf Karsh and has been widely used, including on Matrimonial Blessings issued by the millions to Catholics marrying in accordance with Canon Law. It has been distributed in many forms and many fora and in many different contexts (see talk), including prayer cards and by non-catholics, without any copyright being enforced.
