Pittwater Road is an urban Main Road within the Sydney suburbs of North Manly, Brookvale, Dee Why, Collaroy, Collaroy, Narrabeen, North Narrabeen, Warriewood, Mona Vale, Bayview and Church Point. There are about 2200 houses along the road.
It is the largest part of Metroad 10 Starting north of Condamine Street in North Manly and ending with the Metroad shield at the intersection at Mona Vale with Mona Vale Road. It then continues with the State route 14 shield for about 200 metres and then turning north west at the intersection with Barrenjoey Road and then continues to Church Point numberless.
It is 6 laned for almost it's entire length except after Mona Vale where it is 2 laned. Being the largest single arterial road in the area, it is often referred to simply as "the main road".
