Pitshanger Village
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pitshanger Village is a small area of North Ealing in West London, centred around the shops in Pitshanger Lane. It contains North Ealing Primary School and Pitshanger Park, and is sometimes taken to include the Brentham Garden Suburb.
[edit] Naming
There is some debate as to whether the area is more accurately called "Pitshanger", as some assert that the name "Pitshanger Village" is simply dreamt up by estate agents and tradespeople to describe the area attractively.
