Piscinas is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Carbonia-Iglesias in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 40 km southwest of Cagliari and about 15 km southeast of Carbonia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 850 and an area of 14.0 km².^[1]

Piscinas borders the following municipalities: Giba, Masainas, Santadi, Teulada, Tratalias, Villaperuccio.
