Your username was blocked because it's a little too similar to User:Ping, who is a frequent and longstanding contributor here. Although "g" and "q" are quite separate letters, they can sometimes be hard to tell apart when both are underlined: Ping vs. Pinq, as they are in article contribution histories.
If you still wish to use this username, you could edit this page to add:

I just wanted to contribute to your page about give a way shops, for instance because the list of shop adresses over there is outdated... but now i already wrote an english page on my own website. http://www.talk2000.nl/mediawiki/index.php/English_translation_weggeefwinkels.nl#What_is_a_Give_away_Shop.3F Because at first i didnt have a clue why i was blocked...

Ofcourse that's possible but i just want you to know that a lot of negative energie is created on a lot of internetprojects like this one, if people act in this way. It's not nice at all to instantly block a new user, without any warning, that just want's the contribute his knowlege to a project, . If instead of a block message, your project would have put a welcomemessage on my user page combined with the request to change my username i would have instantly changed my name into pinqinius but now i don't feel welcome here so i choose to invest my time elsewhere. grts, pinq
