The Pink-throated Twinspot Hyapargos margaritatus is an estrildid finch found in Mozambique, South Africa and Swaziland in southeast Africa. This species has a large range, with an estimated global Extent of Occurrence of 160,000 kmĀ².

Pink-throated Twinspot inhabits dry savanna and subtropical/ tropical (lowland) moist shrubland habitats in South-east African coast.
