Hey, a few errors: 1. North Carolina isn't the only state that cooks Hush puppies - (SC, GA, AL all do) 2. North Carolina doesn't have a monopoly on BBQ, BBQ sauce, the methods of cooking BBQ, or BBQ-related get togethers.
