[edit] Thanks to Emiellaiendiay for the substantial expansion and improvement of this aricle in Feb 2007

This article has been greatly expanded and improved thanks to the single handed efforts of Emiellaiendiay. It needs to be re-rated at once. Since I am a competitor in the "Jumpaclass" project, i am loath to perform the final evaluation, but Emiellaiendiay has asked me to participate in the evaluation and thus i offer the following input so that another editor can hopefully finalize the re-evaluation swiftly.

At present the article has:

  • Satisfactory NPOV
  • Satisfactory images
  • Satisfactory references for B class
  • Prose: Well written
  • Comprehensiveness: Generally this is OK. The article could use more information on physical plant (e.g. square footages of buildings, and major facilities architectural style discussion, elaboration on the concept of "closed"). This facilities/architecture aspect is the only area where i think B class is in any doubt, although the photos help a lot here.

In summary the article now stands at "Start" or "B" Class. If it were up to me, i would be inclined to give it the benefit of the doubt and award a "B", but desirably, someone else can finalize this review. Regards. Anlace 18:04, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

ok since no one else has stepped up, i shall conclude this review, since reviews should be timely. I hereby rate this article as "B class" pursuant to above edit notes. Anlace 17:29, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
