Pietro Ubaldi

Pietro Ubaldi (August 18, 1886 - 1972) was an Italian philosopher.

He was born in Foligno (Umbria) and died in Brazil. He was graduated in Law and Music. Fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese in addition to his native Italian, he also knew Latin and Greek. A student of various philosophical and religious traditions, he distinguished himself as a Christian thinker. He authored 24 books, 12 in Italy and 12 in Brazil. His The Great Synthesis, an attempt at finding a key to spiritual evolution, is considered one of his principal works.
