Pietro Acciarito

Pietro Umberto Acciarito (1871 - 1943) was an Italian anarchist.

Born in Artena, Acciarito was an ironsmith by trade and lived near Rome.

He is mainly known for his attempt to stab Umberto I, king of Italy on 22 April 1897, for which he was sent to prison for life.[1]
