Piers Jacobs

Sir Piers Jacobs (翟克誠爵士 1936 - September 23, 1999) KBE, OBE, JP was Financial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1986 to 1991. He also was the Secretary for Economic Services from 1982 to 1986. He died in Hong Kong on September 23, 1999.
