Pierre Gingras

Pierre Gingras is a politician from Quebec, Canada, and the Action démocratique du Québec Member of the National Assembly for the electoral district of Blainville.
From 1993 to 2005, Gingras served as Mayor of Blainville.
Gingras was first elected to the National Assembly in the 2007 election with 42% of the vote. Parti Québécois (PQ) incumbent Richard Legendre, finished second with 33% of the vote.
On March 29, 2007, Gingras was appointed Chairman of the Official Opposition Caucus.[1] [2]
