Pierre Bouchard

Pierre Emile Bouchard (born February 20, 1948 in Longueuil, Quebec) is a retired former professional ice hockey player who won five Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens in the 1970s. He also played for the Washington Capitals over the course of a 12-year NHL career. His father was Canadiens' defenseman and Hockey Hall of Famer Butch Bouchard. He retired after being brutally beaten by the Boston Bruins' Stan Jonathan on May 21, 1978.
