Hello, thank you for the Piacenza food addition. I guess you live in or near Piacenza. When you say "animal fats" do you mean "lard" (fat from a pig), or also other kinds of animal fat? Also, you say "turtlit" is not a Piacenza specialty. But my family, which speaks 100% Piacentino dialect (in USA), uses this term "turtlit." If you know this food is actually from Ferrara then maybe I should remove it from the article. But my family said that everyone cooks this in Piacenza for the holiday, "turtlit" with mostarda di frutta, chestnuts, and other ingredients inside. Thank you. Badagnani 18:44, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
