Physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modelling

Physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modeling (PBPK) is a mathematical modelling technique for prediction of the absorption, distribution, metabolization and excretion (AMDE) of a compound in humans and other species used in pharmaceutical research.
