-- Hmmm. This entry is interesting, but I'd like some more evidence as to their true significance and importance. Are they just one of thousands of groups socially-inept young men with poor spelling skills? Were these guys particularly early on the cracking scene? Did they pull off particularly difficult and successful cracks? Did they become widely distributed? Which other groups were prominent?

I have a passing knowledge of the cracking scene. PC is one of the best known groups, although I don't know if their skill level is what they say it is or not. The article needs evidence. For example, CuteFTP is a rather difficult shareware app to crack, with multiple CRC checks and other redundancies. Many crackers release cracks for it, but few (any?) of them work properly. Has PC released any complete cracks?
Someone added this article to the deletion page. I disagree. The article needs some work, but it should be edited, not deleted. --Stephen Gilbert
Stephen -- Thanks for your comment. I guess I was hasty about this. --- I remember back in the day getting a few cracks from them. Most cracks in that time were collaborations between PC, UCF2000, and a few others. If you look at credits in keygens from them you may see thank you notes to other groups. I have not seen any of their latest stuff (meaning 2001+).

I used to hang out in their IRC channel during their heyday, so I can verify first-hand that they were what they claimed. They became so big/well-known that their channel would have up to 300 people in it at any one time, and visitors came not only for their cracks, but to just hang out and chat because it was a fun channel with a great and interesting group of members.
There are a lot of rumors, both true and false about the Phrozen Crew, which only attests to the fact that they were the definitive cracking group. Unfortunately, it's near impossible to distinguish the false ones from the true one's unless a true member of the original PC were to edit this Wiki and address them him/herself.
Regarding the skeptic who asks for more evidence above, all you really have to do is Google their most prolific cracker by typing in "Stardogg Champion", and you will see thousands of pages with his serials and cracks listed. This wiki page needs serious updating however seeing that it says the group is rumoured to be thriving today, which in reality, it is dead.
