Sir Thomas Allin, 2nd Baront sometimes known as Thomas Allen (died October 1696) was an English politcian.
The son of Admiral Sir Thomas Allin, 1st Baronet and Alice Whiting, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy in 1685. Allin was Member of Parliament (MP) for Winwick from 1678 to 1679 ad from January to February 1689.
In 1672, he married Mary Caldwell, daughter of John Caldwell. Allin died childless and intestate. With his death the baronetcy became extinct.
