[edit] Summary

Hydraulic presses used to facilitate adhesive bonding & curing of concrete panels to the Expanded PolyStyrene (EPS) core. All components are first weighed, then a layer of adhesive is applied. After the pressure treating cure is complete (typically 24-36 hours), according to ICC and other protocols & standards, the completed panels are again weighed to record the amount of adhesive used. - Kevin L. Bardon, photographer
