Real name: François.
Languages: French, English.
Profile: Not a direct contributor, I've made a few points in discussions on King Crimson, the butterfly effect, and a few other topics. What's refraining me from writing full articles is that objectivity is often confused with absence of style and lack of originality.

[edit] Pages I've read/skim-read recently
- Rock musicians, lots of them (last one: Genesis).
- Jazz musicians, lots of them (last one: Keith Jarrett).
- I need to read some Ian Hacking some day.
- We had a good laugh at Turkmenbashi's dictatorial eccentricities (oh, the guy is now dead).
- One of the PhD students in my department comes from Kazakhstan.
- I had to review a paper on Robert Millikan's oil-drop experiment.

I liked the Chaosium games quite a lot, and always wanted to take a try at Pendragon. The White Wolf, Inc. are great fun too.
Because I tended to spend hours reading RPG catalogues, seeking for the ultimate game, I remember a few games I really wanted to try, most of them from the French game designer Croc [1]: 'Berlin XVIII' [2], the cynical 'In Nomine Satanis Magna Veritas' [3], 'Bitume' [4], Scales [5], …
