Sorry about that. I was going to remove the speedy tag and must have deleted it by mistake. I would suggest that you give it a better title though as the one you have is very strange. I would suggest Rowland Company, William Rowland & Co. or Rowland & Company with redirects from Rowland Shovel Works, Rowland Saw Works and William & Harvey Rowland.
