Whosoever wrote this should check the out Ancient Greek phonology and the transliteration of the ANCIENT GREEK Φοίβος into Phoebus

Phoebus is an 'ancient Greek' term. In Ancicent Greek OI was pronounced as in the English OI (like the OY in Boy). Look at Phoenicia in the List of traditional Greek place names
