I know that a Filipino (Philippine native language) version was broadcasted by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. I hope that version was uploaded first. Anyway, where did you get that transcript? Darth Narutorious 17:55, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

All of the article sources are from the Philippine government. One website, of the PCIJ is also a full-text transcript of the Proclamation, with represented or official opinion from the PCIJ links merely to a blog where the opinion's of individual posters not affiliated with the PCIJ are present.

It is virtually impossible to determine the viewpoints on the article, since the PCIJ link, in my opinion, does not represent a valid viewpoint as it is not PCIJ's, but instead poster's opinions (that represents an indeterminate "public" view).
